Celebrate April Fool’s Day with Naked Shakespeare as we inaugurate our new First Friday performance series with a competition between some of Shakespeare’s best-loved fools as they compete for the title of “Portland’s Official Fool.” Featuring scenes and monologues from the following characters:

Bottom
Costard (from Love’s Labor’s Lost)
Dromio (from The Comedy of Errors)
Feste (from Twelfth Night)
Launce (from Two Gentlemen of Verona)
Launcelot (from The Merchant of Venice)
Lavatch (from All’s Well that Ends Well)
Lear’s Fool
The Gravedigger
Touchstone (from As You Like It)

with special guests The Improvised Puppet Project
Friday, April 3 at 6pm

HAVE BARD WILL TRAVEL

Our troupe of actors have a large repertoire of both serious and comedic pieces, and we can arrange material on a theme of your choosing.
