Be a part of Naked Shakespeare’s First Friday shows this winter!
Actors interested in being a part of one of more of our upcoming First Friday shows are asked to prepare a Shakespearean monologue of no more than 20 lines. All shows will be performed on First Friday and additionally on the following Saturday. Actors receive a small stipend and lots of hands-on work playing with Shakespeare’s language. Naked Shakespeare shows are ensemble-based productions staged in the Ballroom at Mechanics Hall. Many actors play more than one part, and everyone is guaranteed some great text to work with. If you cannot make auditions on the 19th but are interested in being considered for one or more of these shows, please email Artistic Director Michael Levine at email@example.com. All roles will be cast gender neutral.
Auditions take place on Saturday, December 19th from 10am to 1pm
